Responsibilities
As a Residential Licensed Service Plumber, you will:
Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential homes
Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills on every job
Maintain strong customer service and clear communication with homeowners
Attend periodic manufacturer and in-house training classes
Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Manage proper inventory of equipment, tools, and parts needed for repairs
Complete accurate documentation of all service and maintenance calls
Handle physical workloads of at least 50 lbs.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team:
3–5 years of residential plumbing experience (required)
Rhode Island Journeyman Plumbing License with field experience (required)
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to handle heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
Flexibility to work varied hours and participate in on-call rotations
