🩺 Coordinate Clinical Studies
Manage day-to-day study activities including screenings, visits, source documentation, and follow-ups in accordance with protocols and SOPs.
📋 Support Participant Care
Guide participants through the study process with clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
🗂️ Maintain Regulatory & Study Documentation
Ensure accurate, timely documentation in source, eISF, and study trackers while maintaining GCP, FDA, and IRB compliance.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with investigators, sponsors, CRAs, and internal team members to ensure smooth study execution.
📊 Track Study Progress
Monitor enrollment status, visit completion, deviations, and study metrics to support performance and reporting.
✨ 1–3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in clinical research operations
✨ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✨ Excellent communication skills with patients and study partners
✨ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
✨ Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial workflows
✨ Phlebotomy, EDC, or EMR experience a plus
✨ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
