Job Summary
Superior Cleaning Solutions is seeking a Lead Cleaning Technician / Sales Specialist to work both in the office and in the field. This role includes leading and training technicians, implementing and enforcing company rules, and ensuring our team meets high standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
In the field, you will perform services, oversee jobs, support technicians, and ensure equipment is properly maintained. In the office, you will help coordinate daily operations, communicate with customers, prepare estimates, follow up on leads, and book work. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, holds the team accountable, and helps grow the business.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
