Financial Specialist
Do you enjoy helping people achieve their goals? Does helping someone get into a new car, buy a fun toy (see: side-by-side), or save up for that engagement ring get you giddy? In this role you will be assisting community members in opening accounts or submitting loan applications to achieve their financial goals.

What you will do:
- Relationships, relationships, relationships. Build, nurture, and support relationships with our members, delivering superior customer service and guiding them to reach their financial goals.
- Uncover needs and deliver solutions through handling transactions, opening new accounts, and assisting in loan requests.
- Foster and promote a branch environment consistent with our core values: Dare to Care; Be Accountable; Drive Forward Momentum; Hit Heavy, Stay Humble.
- Other duties and special projects as required. You are a yes-person, willing to help wherever needed.
Your experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one of the following: customer service experience, sales experience, financial industry experience, or a Bachelor’s degree
- Solid understanding of computers and systems (we will teach you the specifics in training)
