Warehouse Associate

Job OverviewSuperior Brands Corporation is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining an organized work environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced distribution setting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
- Organize and maintain inventory within designated warehouse locations
- Safely load, unload, and move products using warehouse equipment as required
- Inspect products and shipments for damage or discrepancies
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Build and prepare shipping pallets when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable using basic tools and equipment when needed
