Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rancho Cordova, CA for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the service department, including supervising staff, scheduling work, ensuring timely and quality repairs, and maintaining a high level of customer service. They will also oversee parts inventory, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to support overall dealership operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in service management, including supervision and scheduling
- Knowledge of boat repair, maintenance, and parts inventory management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the marine industry is a plus
- Proficiency with computer systems and software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred
