Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Account Manager located in Dallas, TX. The Regional Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and patients, driving the adoption of company products and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts within the assigned territory, identifying opportunities for business growth, and working with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets. The position will also involve educating healthcare professionals about Superior Biologics’ therapies and services, as well as facilitating seamless onboarding and ongoing support to ensure high levels of patient and provider satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in account management, sales, and customer relationship management
- Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy or healthcare services, with a focus on immunology, hematology, neurology, or related fields
- Ability to conduct effective presentations, lead discussions, and educate healthcare professionals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in identifying business opportunities and developing strategies for market expansion
- Proficiency with CRM tools and ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Previous experience in sales or account management within the specialty pharmacy or healthcare industry is an advantage
