You open Excel, scan yesterday’s sell-through, and fine-tune forecasts to keep our beer and wine portfolio flowing across Northeastern and Central Ohio. You balance PAR levels to prevent out-of-stocks while keeping carrying costs in check, submit purchase orders, and coordinate with Brand Managers and Sales so everyone knows what’s on hand, what’s incoming, and what’s running low.
