Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Qualified Mental Health Specialist (QMHS) to provide community-based behavioral health services to adults in the Cleveland area. This position focuses on delivering Individual Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) in the client’s home or community setting.
Services are primarily provided during evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Individual TBS and CPST services to adult clients in the community
- Assist clients with coping skills, symptom management, and daily functioning
- Implement treatment goals outlined in the client’s treatment plan
- Maintain timely and accurate service documentation
- Communicate with the clinical team regarding client progress
Requirements:
- Must meet Ohio QMHS qualifications
- Experience working with adult mental health or substance use populations preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Ability to travel locally within the Cleveland area
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Pay: $32.61 - $39.27 per hour
