We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team and help create outstanding customer experiences every day. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and sales skills, a solid understanding of the automotive industry, and a passion for helping customers. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable link between our customers and technicians—driving trust, efficiency, and top-tier service from start to finish..
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Build strong customer relationships while scheduling service appointments and repairs
- Greet customers promptly, listen to concerns, and clearly explain repair and maintenance options
- Prepare accurate estimates based on vehicle maintenance schedules and technician inspections
- Advise customers on manufacturer recommendations and technician findings, and obtain approval for repair plans
- Order and coordinate parts needed for repairs
- Friendly, customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Collect payments and process transactions accurately
Qualifications:
- Service Advisor experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance practices
- Computer proficiency.
- Stong organizational skills
- Experience with Tekmetric software is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
