We’re looking for a results-driven Assistant General Manager to lead a dealership to success, under the mentorship of an experienced General Manager. As the Assistant General Manager, you will be the on-site leader of the dealership, leading daily operations, developing team performance, ensuring inventory readiness and championing customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily dealership operations, including sales, collections, and customer service.
- Mentor, coach and motivate a team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
- Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to drive business growth.
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Maintain operational compliance and execution standards.

- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Management and sales experience preferred but not required.

- Bending, sitting for periods of time, standing and walking
- Data entry, phone usage, driving, speaking, and clarity of vision for driving
