What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager/ Branch Manager position at Superior Attic?
Superior Attic | Waco, TX
$91,000–$140,000 First Year
Long-Term Opportunity to Lead a Multi-Million Dollar Branch
Most management jobs ask you to maintain a business.
We're looking for someone to build one.
Superior Attic is looking for an exceptional leader to take ownership of our Waco branch and grow it into one of the premier home service companies in Central Texas.
This isn't a corporate management position where everything is already built.
It's an opportunity to take an existing branch with a strong foundation, lead a small team, and help build it into a $4M operation.
If you're the type of person who enjoys creating something from the ground up, solving problems, leading people, and taking ownership of results, we'd love to talk.
About Superior Attic
Superior Attic is one of Texas' fastest-growing attic insulation and energy efficiency companies. We specialize in insulation, spray foam, ventilation, attic restoration, and improving the comfort and efficiency of homes.
Our motto is:
People Are Powerful.
We believe great companies are built by developing great people.
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for the overall success of our Waco branch.
Today, that means leading a lean operation.
Tomorrow, it means hiring, developing, and leading an entire branch.
This is not a position where you'll spend your first year sitting behind a desk reviewing reports.
This is a working General Manager role.
You'll lead from the front while building the team around you.
As the branch grows, your role will naturally evolve from personally supporting day-to-day operations to developing leaders, improving systems, and scaling the business.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days will look exactly the same.
One day you may be:
- Running a sales appointment with a homeowner.
- Visiting job sites to ensure quality and support your crews.
- Meeting with contractors or referral partners to generate new business.
- Recruiting and interviewing subcontractors.
- Solving customer issues.
- Coaching your Service Advisor.
- Reviewing branch KPIs and creating action plans.
- Hiring your next team member.
- Building relationships throughout the Waco community.
You'll wear multiple hats, not because we expect you to forever but because that's what great builders do in the early stages of growing a business.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes ownership.
Someone who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.
Someone who enjoys building teams, solving problems, and creating momentum.
You love winning.
You love leading.
You aren't above getting your hands dirty.
You're just as comfortable walking a job site as you are reviewing financials or coaching a salesperson.
You're excited by the challenge of building something, not simply maintaining it.

Why This Job Is Different
This isn't the right opportunity for someone looking to manage an established office with a fully built team.
It's for someone who gets energized by building.
Someone who sees an opportunity instead of extra work.
Someone who wants to look back five years from now and say,
"I built that."
If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
Apply today and help us build the future of Superior Attic in Central Texas.
