We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Account Manager to help grow our commercial sales and strengthen client partnerships.
Position Summary
The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and promoting Superior Asphalt’s services throughout the Evansville, IN territory and surrounding areas. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with clients.
Industry experience in asphalt, construction, property management, or related fields is a plus—but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a solid outside sales background.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new commercial and residential clients
- Conduct onsite evaluations and present service recommendations
- Maintain relationships with existing accounts and follow up consistently
- Generate proposals and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
- Represent Superior Asphalt professionally in all customer interactions
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth job execution
Qualifications
- Required: 2 years of outside sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Organized, disciplined, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in asphalt, construction, landscaping, or related field is a plus but not required
