Job Overview
Superior Aluminum Products in Russia, Ohio is celebrating 70 years of business supplying aluminum railing, fence and columns for building projects across the United States. We now have an immediate need for one full-time Construction Project Coordinator/Estimator. On-the-job training will be provided over the course of several months.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinating production and construction project schedules for our installer network
- Balancing multiple construction projects and requests from different sources
- Communicating with architects, contractors, and other customers on production drawings and revisions
- Providing accurate takeoffs from construction drawings for use by the sales team
- Utilizing Excel forms to organize data
- Utilizing knowledge of engineering practices and mathematics
- Reading architectural blue prints
- Maintaining an organized file system
Position Requirements:
- Equivalent construction related experience preferred. Degree in construction management is a plus.
- Ability to read construction drawings and cut details
- Fluent with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of software PlanSwift and BuilderTrend is a plus
- Excellent organizational can communication skills
Pay Rate and Benefits:
- $50,000 minimum salary and negotiable based on experience
