What You’ll Do
Own Project Execution
- Lead the full lifecycle of commercial security and low‑voltage projects- from kickoff through closeout
- Translate scope, timelines, and budgets into clear execution plans that crews can deliver on
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specification
- Deploy and manage installation, service, programming, and troubleshooting teams
- Set clear expectations, delegate effectively, and hold teams accountable to quality and productivity standards
- Maintain strong on‑site presence for quality control and progress tracking when needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively manage expectations, risks, and changes
- Coordinate with other contractors and site stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently
- Define and control project scope, identifying and addressing scope creep before it becomes a problem
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation and contingency plans
- Resolve issues decisively to keep projects on track
- Build and manage detailed project budgets and labor forecasts
- Track costs, hours, and progress against timelines
- Provide clear, regular project and financial updates to leadership
- 5 years of experience managing complex projects in commercial low‑voltage or security systems
- Strong technical expertise in Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion/Burglary systems
- Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills—confident working with clients, technicians, and leadership
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable in fast‑moving environments
- Work on large‑scale, high‑profile commercial projects
- Strong operational support and skilled technical teams
