Sr. Machine Operator/Team Lead

Sr. Machine Operator/Team Lead needed for complex manufacturing line. Successful candidate will have one or more of the following:

· Industrial Controls: Experience navigating touchscreen control panels

· Adhesive & Thermal Management: Experience monitoring chemical ratios and hydraulic press dwell times

· Advanced Setup/Lead Operator: Experience with cutting, skiving, bonding, conveyor belts, heavy industrial presses, adhesives.

· Tool & Die Maintenance: Inspecting/replacing dies.

· Team Lead/Supervisory experience

· Experience in heavy industrial conversion industries (paper mill, steel slitting, textiles, plastic film, abrasives)

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures

· Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time and traverse plant

· Must be able to occasionally lift 10-25 lbs.

Skills/Abilities:

• Good basic math & measuring
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn software
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train employees
• Previous experience with Industrial Abrasives or Paper Mill highly desired

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree or trade school preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
