Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Guest Services associate, located in Lexington, KY. The Guest Services associate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. Key tasks include welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, managing reservations, processing payments, and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized front desk area while supporting overall hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Guest Services, Customer Service, and Cash Handling
