We are in search of part time passionate dedicated Swimming Superhero's with the power of love and patience to teach crying screaming kids the life skill of swimming. Our on going mission is to inspire creativity and imagination through swim lessons using our unique Superhero Swim Universe lesson plan and trade marked Superhero Swim Characters. We base pay on previous swim lesson experience and knowledge.

Role Overview: A Superhero Swim Coach will harness their superhuman abilities to guide and nurture the next generation of swimming heroes, with a heavy focus on preschool aged children. Your task will involve using our Superhero class safety and management style minimizing sitting on the steps, allowing you to use your your imagination and creativity to teach the skills needed for our cadets to become Superhero Swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expert-level aquatic powers to deliver engaging swim lessons tailored to the developmental needs of infants, preschoolers, and pre teens
• Implement teaching methodologies that inspire confidence and skill progression in water environments.
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers through vigilant supervision and adherence to lifeguard protocols.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment where every swimmer feels empowered to unleash their full aquatic potential.
• Morning Summer Lifeguarinding from 9:00am-11:00am

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of 2 or more years in water teaching experience from Infants to Adults at a previous swim school.
• At Least 18 Years Old
• Possession of a current lifeguard certification or Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification is mandatory to embark on this heroic journey.
• Ability to commute between locations for group lessons and Summer Lifeguarding
• Pass a DCF Background Check
