Project Coordinator / Associate Project Manager (AV and LV Integration)

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-driven Project Coordinator / Associate PM to support execution of commercial AV and low voltage cabling integration projects. This role helps keep projects on schedule, within budget, and moving forward through strong coordination, tracking, and communication.
What You’ll Do
• Support PMs with project scheduling and milestone tracking
• Coordinate field teams, vendors, and internal resources
• Manage equipment procurement, purchase orders, and lead times
• Maintain project documentation (submittals, RFIs, change orders)
• Track project progress, risks, and action items
• Assist with job cost tracking, billing support, and reporting
• Help drive punch list completion and project closeout
What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, or AV/low-voltage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to follow through and keep projects on track
• Comfortable working with vendors, field teams, and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
Preferred: Experience in AV, construction, or low-voltage systems
