🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Lead the installation, programming, and testing of cutting-edge fire alarm systems
• Supervise and mentor a dedicated crew of technicians and apprentices
• Coordinate with project managers, GCs, and clients to keep timelines tight and quality even tighter
• Ensure all systems meet code, customer expectations, and SuperHero Fire’s high standards
• Be a cornerstone of the job site — organized, dependable, and inspiring to others

✅ What You Bring:

• Proven experience in fire alarm installation and leadership in the field
• NICET certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Deep knowledge of NFPA codes and local regulations
• A leader’s mindset: organized, communicative, and committed to excellence
• A passion for safety, growth, and protecting others
