As our Lead Residential HVAC Technician, you’ll take ownership of service calls, mentor less experienced technicians, and help deliver the exceptional workmanship and customer experience our customers expect. You'll work on a wide variety of residential / light commercial heating and cooling systems, solve challenging service issues, and build lasting relationships with homeowners who value quality work. Your leadership will help set the standard for the entire team.
What We're Looking For:
- 5 years of residential/light commercial HVAC service experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems independently
- Experience mentoring or leading other technicians is a plus
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Pride in delivering quality workmanship and doing the job right the first time
