What You’ll Do
As a professional cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services for:
- Residential homes
- Offices and commercial properties
- Airbnb and short-term rental properties
Your responsibilities may include:
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Cleaning bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common areas
- Performing detailed cleaning based on the client's needs
- Following client instructions and company quality standards
- Communicating professionally with clients
- Providing friendly, dependable, and professional service
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is required
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and responsible work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor
- Must be willing to provide a valid government-issued ID
- Must be able to pass a drug test if required
