Position Overview:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently and maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness in your workspace. You will play a vital role in ensuring our production goals are met while upholding our company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Requirements:
- Align with Company and Personal Values: Embody the values that define our organization.
- Machine Operations:
- Operate machinery (preheat, cycle time, breakdowns, cooldown) at an acceptable pace with assistance from supervisors.
- Oversee utility roles and fill in when required.
- Understand and follow our QC requirements and processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area following 5S standards. Ensure tools are in their designated places.
