Here are the job details:
Studio Operations
- Open and close the studio like you own the place (because you basically do)
- Keep the space spotless, welcoming, and always ready for action
- Restock retail and supplies so we never run out of the good stuff
- Manage and maintain our studio systems and database — we’re fully digital, and you’re totally tech-savvy
- Spot what needs improving, and take initiative to fix it. A natural problem solver.
Instructor Crew Support
- Oversee instructor scheduling, substitutions, and ongoing communication — because superior studios run with a great crew (and great planning).
- Be the behind-the-scenes hero who is the liaison for the whole crew
- Help create a studio culture that’s professional, fun, and drama-free
- Work with the CEO on hiring, team development and overall studio management
Client Experience Magic (aka The Superfly Spark)
- Be the face, voice, and vibe of Superfly — a walking, talking billboard of what makes this place unforgettable
- Welcome clients with a genuine smile, answer questions with confidence, and turn any hiccup into a win
- Hype up the brand naturally — because you genuinely love what we’re building here!
- Make sure every person who walks through our doors leaves feeling stronger and already excited to come back
Retail Purchasing
- Track inventory and order supplies with precision
- Keep the retail space cute, clean, and impossible to ignore
- Coordinate product drops, displays, and studio essentials
Events Community
- Help plan and execute events, workshops, and special programming
- Be a community builder — the person who makes Superfly feel like home
