The Role
We are hiring an Account Manager – Client Growth to own and expand a portfolio of active accounts.
This is not a passive account management role.
You will operate like a product owner for your accounts - responsible for adoption, engagement, expansion, and retention.
You will work directly with workplace leaders and decision-makers while coordinating internally with operations, culinary, and logistics to deliver a high-performing program.
What You’ll Do - Own Account Growth
- Treat each client like a live product with measurable performance
- Identify gaps in adoption, usage, and engagement
- Build and execute growth plans across your account base
- Increase order frequency and participation
Drive Expansion
- Expand accounts across teams, departments, and office locations
- Introduce new product layers: catering, pantry, events, add-ons
- Convert ad-hoc users into recurring program clients
- Spot and act on expansion signals early
Operate as the Client’s Partner
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Run regular business reviews (usage, feedback, opportunities)
- Solve problems quickly and proactively
- Become embedded in how your clients operate
Improve the Product Experience
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements
- Partner with culinary and operations teams to refine the offering
- Optimize ordering workflows and communication systems
- Ensure consistency and quality at scale
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in account management, client success, or growth roles
- Experience owning and expanding existing accounts (not just closing new ones)
- Strong analytical mindset - you can look at usage and see opportunity
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High ownership - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Bonus if you have experience in:
- Food service, hospitality, or workplace programs
- B2B services or recurring revenue environments
- Operationally complex businesses (logistics, delivery, etc.)
