Assistant Coach

Role Summary:

The Assistant Coach supports the Coaching Lead in delivering training programs, camps, and classes. The role emphasizes positive player development, safety, and consistent application of the organization’s coaching philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and conducting practices and instructional sessions.
• Provide individual attention and feedback to athletes.
• Set up, maintain, and clean equipment before and after sessions.
• Support event days, clinics, and tournaments as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with players, parents, and staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in coaching youth or adult sports.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Enthusiasm for player development and teamwork.
• Certification or ongoing training in relevant sport preferred.

Salary Range: $18 – $30/hr
