Responsibilities
Perform full‑service client appointments: precision cuts, custom color, blowouts, styling, and basic waxing
Maintain speed and quality in a high‑volume setting while delivering excellent customer service
Build and retain a loyal client book; recommend and sell retail products
Keep station clean, follow salon processes, and support team operations
Participate in in‑salon training and meetings
Qualifications
Active Georgia cosmetology license in good standing
Minimum 1 year salon experience; strong color experience preferred
Able to work part-time or full‑time including weekends.
Reliable, punctual, professional appearance and attitude
Strong communication and client‑service skills; ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
Compensation & Perks
Hourly pay $18–$37 depending on experience and production
