Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide a comfortable environment.
- Maintain an organized office space.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
- Generate appointments, follow up with leads, and maintain CRM
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable (Spanish and English).
- Skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
