Superbox Streaming Experts are in‑store brand ambassadors who:
- Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for walk‑in customers

- Cultivate excitement around Superbox through live demos and one‑on‑one engagement
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Engaging Product Demos: Memorize and recite a concise promotional script to introduce Superbox’s benefits, answer questions, and showcase how easy it is to set up and stream.
- Drive Customer Interaction: Approach potential customers in high‑traffic store areas, initiate conversations, and gather leads to fuel future sales efforts.
- Educate and Upsell: Offer hands‑on tutorials for advanced features (e.g., app integration, parental controls, multi‑screen syncing) and recommend add‑on packages when relevant.
- Track and Report Metrics: Log daily interactions, demo counts, and sales conversions in our CRM to help the marketing team measure campaign success.
