Superb Maids is a professional residential cleaning company serving the Orlando area. We are growing and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented house cleaner to join our team.
This position is part-time to start, with the opportunity to grow into more hours as our client schedule expands. This is a good fit for someone who wants steady part-time work now and would like the opportunity to become full-time in the future.
Pay
- $18/hour during paid training
- $20/hour after training is completed
- Paid training and support
- Travel time / travel reimbursement according to company policy
- Direct deposit payroll
Schedule
- 10–25 hours per week to start
- Weekday availability required
- Ideally available 2–3 consistent days per week
- Additional hours may become available as we grow

What You’ll Do
- Clean residential homes according to Superb Maids standards
- Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures
- Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, clean kitchens and bathrooms
- Work professionally in clients’ homes
- Communicate clearly with the team
- Take pride in detailed, high-quality work
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is dependable, honest, careful, and willing to learn. Cleaning experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Bank account for direct deposit
- Ability to travel between client homes in the Orlando area
- Ability to follow instructions and checklists
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
Training
You will complete paid training with our team before working independently. Training includes learning our cleaning system, products, checklists, and quality standards. A paid test job may be part of the training process.
Important
This is not a guaranteed full-time position at the start. We are currently hiring for part-time/flexible hours with room to grow. The right person will have priority for more hours as we add more recurring clients.
