Superb Maids NYC is looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor or Recruitment Partner who can help us find *2–3 reliable, experienced cleaners* interested in a long-term working relationship with our company.
Compensation
- *$500–$1,000 project-based payment* for successfully recruiting 2–3 qualified cleaners who remain actively working with us for at least 30 days.
- This is a *one-time recruitment project*, not a full-time supervisor position.
- The final payment will depend on the number of successful hires and agreed project terms.
Supervisor / Recruitment Partner Responsibilities
- Recruit and recommend 2–3 reliable, professional cleaners.
- Ensure candidates have relevant cleaning experience and are prepared to start working.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' cleaning skills, reliability, and professionalism.
- Help identify candidates interested in a long-term working relationship.
Note: Superb Maids NYC will provide company-specific training, cleaning standards, and onboarding.
Pay: $500.00 - $1,000.00 per month
