What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Operations Analyst position at SuperAwesome?
Location: NYC
Reports to: CEO
About The Role
We’re looking for a highly motivated, analytical and adaptable Strategic Operations Analyst to work directly with SuperAwesome’s Executive team. This is a unique opportunity to own and solve cross-functional business problems across strategy, operations, finance and product while helping to drive key decisions and execute high-impact initiatives.
This is a generalist, problem-solving role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is data- and insight-savvy, and is a great communicator. You’ll act as a trusted extension of the Exec team (CEO, CSO, Finance Director, CPO, CTO, CRO) -- owning the execution of strategic projects, identifying and leading the charge on operational changes, and tackling the kinds of business-wide challenges that don’t neatly fit into a single function.
This is a role for someone who wants to operate, build, and solve problems at pace.
