The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code. MUST be in Cincinnati, OH area. This position is Full Time onsite. Responsibilities
- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years professional software engineering / full-stack development experience
Required:
- 1 year with Python and VBA.
- 1 year with relational and non-relational databases (MS SQL and MongoDB preferred)
- Experience with Git
- Hands-on experience with application testing, security practices, or compliance
- Ability to work in small teams (closely with 1 developer)
- Experience in PowerBI/DAX
Preferred not required:
- Experience with C or C
- Ability to code in JavaScript or React/Next.js
- FastAPI or MCP experience
- Docker/Kubernetes, FluxCD, GitLab or GitHub
- Familiarity with CAD software
Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
