What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Front Desk Clerk-Flexible Shift Hours (1st, 2nd and 3rd) position at Super8 High Point?
- Greet all guests and other front desk traffic in a timely, friendly and hospitable manner.
- Sell rooms in order to maximize the ADR per guidelines of the manger.
- Check in/out guests as they arrive or leave.
- Promptly post all charges and credits to guest folio.
- Prepare and balance shift deposits.
- Monitor available room inventory.
- Handle all reservation traffic promptly.
- Prepare daily cash report.
- Complete and balance the audit and any reports during third shift as required by the manager.
- Maintain your uniform and name badges in excellent condition and appearance.
- Also maintain personal cleanliness.
- Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the manager.
- You may be required to work at other times than the normally scheduled hours.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule and must be on time for work.
