Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled dishes and other menu items according to established recipes and standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations at all times
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and hygiene
- Support menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring consistency in food presentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and efficient service
- Handle kitchen equipment safely, including knives, grills, fryers, and other culinary tools
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dietary department, dietary aide role, or restaurant environment is highly preferred
