What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain cars and light trucks – from engines to electrical systems.
- Work directly with customers to explain repairs and recommend solutions.
- Mentor junior techs and lead jobs from start to finish.
- Handle everything from tire service to major engine and transmission work.
- Keep accurate repair records and maintain a clean, safe shop environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of mechanical experience (Class A or equivalent).
- ASE Certified (preferred) – or willing to achieve certification in the first 90 days.
- Strong diagnostic skills with modern tools.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Self-starter with excellent customer communication skills.
