Job Summary
We are in need of a service technician to perform repairs on our customers' commercial warewash equipment around the metro Atlanta area. Some mechanical, plumbing and electrical experience is ideal although not necessary as we provide our own in house training both initially for new employees and ongoing for seasoned techs. This position will be involved in a revolving after hours service support schedule, requiring the tech to work 2nd shift during some weeks.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain relationships with managers and chefs at customer locations
- Troubleshoot and repair customers’ dishmachines
- Being a supportive member of the service team
Physical Requirements
- You need to be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- At times climbing on tables or lying on the floor to perform repairs
- A clean driving record
Physical Environment
- Performing technical service around metro Atlanta
- Driving in company provided vehicle to and from accounts
Experience Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You will need organizational skills to manage your responsibilities and truck parts inventory
- A friendly, personable disposition is a must
