Position Summary
Route Sales Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships along an assigned route. This role focuses on customer retention through inventory management, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal support teams.
Compensation
- Base salary: $20 - $23 per hour
- Commissions can bring base pay higher

A clean driving record is required. A CDL Class C license with HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required.
Essential Job Functions
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer managers and chefs
- Assist customers with managing inventory levels and product needs
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
- Communicate customer feedback and needs to internal Super Source teams
- Work independently while collaborating with sales and operations teams
