Help Shape the Next Generation of Soccer Stars Coaches

Soccer Stars El Paso is looking for an organized, dependable, and people-focused leader to oversee our recreational youth soccer programs throughout the city.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children but is ready to take on a leadership role by mentoring coaches, supporting families, and ensuring every class reflects the high standards of the Soccer Stars experience.

As a Youth Program Supervisor, you will visit multiple program locations, observe classes, support coaches, ensure curriculum quality, assist families, and help create an exceptional experience for every child who participates in our programs.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, solving problems, and making a positive impact on children, families, and coaches.

This role requires exceptional reliability, punctuality, and communication. As the on-site leader, you will be expected to arrive before the coaching staff to ensure every program is ready to begin on time and remain on-site until the final class has concluded. Your leadership sets the tone for the entire team.

This is a leadership role, not simply a coaching position. Success in this role requires initiative, professionalism, exceptional communication, and the ability to solve problems independently while keeping leadership informed.

About Soccer Stars

Soccer Stars is the nation's largest youth soccer enrichment program, introducing children ages 12 months through elementary school to the joy of movement, confidence, teamwork, and physical activity through age-appropriate, non-competitive classes.

Our programs emphasize child development first. Through games, imagination, music, and positive coaching, we help children develop confidence while creating an experience families look forward to every week.

What You'll Do

As the Program Supervisor, you will serve as the on-site leader for multiple Soccer Stars locations throughout El Paso.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Visit and supervise classes at multiple program locations
  • Arrive before the coaching staff to ensure each location is fully prepared before classes begin
  • Remain on-site until the final class has ended and all coaches, equipment, and participants have safely departed
  • Ensure coaches arrive on time, prepared, and professionally dressed
  • Observe classes and ensure coaches are delivering the Soccer Stars curriculum with enthusiasm, consistency, and age-appropriate instruction
  • Provide real-time coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to help coaches grow professionally
  • Evaluate coach performance objectively and provide clear, constructive feedback that supports continuous improvement
  • Set the standard for professionalism, punctuality, organization, and accountability across all programs
  • Help maintain a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment for every child
  • Verify attendance and ensure children are enrolled in the appropriate classes
  • Support coaches with class management and behavioral challenges when needed
  • Build positive relationships with parents and serve as a trusted point of contact during site visits
  • Address parent questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Monitor the overall quality of classes, customer experience, and operational consistency across all locations
  • Maintain timely, proactive, and professional communication with the Program Director regarding coach attendance, class quality, parent feedback, operational concerns, incidents, and follow-up items
  • Communicate staffing, scheduling, and program needs promptly so issues can be addressed before they impact families or coaches
  • Assist with coach onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development
  • Help maintain Soccer Stars' high standards of professionalism, customer service, and program quality
