Location: Oakhurst, NJ
Start: January 6th, 2026
Children: 3 month old girl
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm; 32 hours guaranteed
Responsibilities:
- All childcare duties related to the baby
- Engage in age-appropriate milestone play and activities
- Bottle prep
- Tidying baby’s spaces, bottles, and belongings
- Provide a brief daily summary for the parents
Compensation & Benefits:
- $25-30/hour through payroll (W2).
- Industry-standard benefits: guaranteed hours, vacation, sick days, holidays off
Requirements:
- 5 years of professional infant experience
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Up to date on vaccinations
- Reliable vehicle
- Clean background and driving record
- CPR Certified
About The Family:
This is a kind, first-time parent household seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for their daughter, who will be about 4 months old at the start. Mom works from home. The family has one small dog in the home (no pet care required). They also follow a no screen-time rule for their baby.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
