Key Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and develop a high-performing sales team through hands-on coaching, mentorship, and performance management
- Train sales talent using structured, repeatable processes

- Execute and refine sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Conduct regular ride-alongs, performance reviews, and training sessions - Instill discipline, accountability, and operational excellence within the sales organization
