What You’ll Do

As a Plumbing Service Sales Technician, you’ll be trusted to:

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential (and light commercial) plumbing systems
• Confidently present repair, replacement, and improvement options to homeowners
• Convert service and maintenance calls into high-value solutions
• Recommend and sell quality water treatment solutions when appropriate
• Perform preventive maintenance and system improvements
• Mentor and assist junior and mid-level technicians
• Provide field support and technical guidance when needed
• Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure top-tier workmanship
• Maintain parts inventory and order materials as needed
• Build long-term relationships with customers, teammates, and leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 years of hands-on plumbing field experience
• Proven success diagnosing and solving complex plumbing issues
• Sales experience with a track record of converting service calls
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Basic computer and tablet skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
• Ability to kneel, climb ladders, and lift equipment

(Blueprint reading and advanced certifications are a plus, but not required.)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
