We’re hiring disciplined, reliable individuals who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and deliver excellent service without supervision.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete a daily route of residential cleanings (pet waste removal)
- Work independently in all weather conditions
- Communicate clearly with clients and the office
- Maintain high standards while working at a fast pace
Compensation & Benefits:
- $10/hr training → then 100% commission pay ($16–$17 /hr avg. typical tips)
- Weekly pay
- Take-home company truck (gas & tolls covered)
- Health, dental, vision after 90 days
- PTO, paid holidays, 401(k)
This Role Is For You If You:
- Show up early, every day. No excuses
- Can walk 5–8 miles daily and handle physical work
- Are detail-oriented and take ownership of results
- Are comfortable working alone and staying productive
- Are confident around dogs of all sizes
Requirements:
- 21 with valid Texas driver’s license and clean record
- Pass background check and drug screen
