About the Position
Super Remodeling is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as In-Home Sales Consultants. In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing and exterior remodeling projects while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners using company-provided leads to Perform exterior home inspections
- Educate homeowners on available roofing and remodeling solutions
- Prepare and present customized project proposals
- Guide customers through the sales process from consultation to project approval
- Maintain a professional, customer-first experience throughout every interaction
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Previous sales experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $131,250.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Maumee, OH 43537
