Overview
We are looking for Handlers to build out our incredible team at Super Pup NYC, the newest dog daycare and boarding facility in Greenpoint, Brooklyn! What you will do
- Supervise group play and keep dogs safe
- Read dog body language and understand different play styles
- Redirect dogs when needed and prevent unsafe behavior
- Clean and sanitize playrooms, crates, bowls, toys, and floors
- Feed dogs, refresh water, and follow individual care notes
- Assist with drop off and pick up
- Report behavior issues or injuries to the team lead
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual attendance is mandatory
- Some experience working in a dog daycare or boarding facility preferred
- Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Able to lift, clean, and be on your feet for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures
- Availability for weekend shifts
Pay: $18 per hour
