Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Master to join our Super Pollo team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of culinary techniques. This role involves grilling charbroiled chicken. The Cook will collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service and contribute to menu planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
- Provide assistance during catering events as required, ensuring high-quality food presentation.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices within a restaurant.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
