Supermicro is seeking a Senior Power Supply Design Engineer who can lead the product design, review, and validation of server power supply and related products. The ideal engineer will not just lead a team, but will be a hands-on, and shall have 8 years of ITE server power supply design experience, cover PFC, flyback, LLC, phase shift, power sharing, OringFET applications in mass production with records. This individual will be required to work cross-department and assist product managers as needed in product design and development.

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):

• To develop high efficiency, high power density power supply
• To develop high efficiency, high power density DC to DC converter
• To develop power shelf and test
• To do design review for new project developing stage
• To do power supply performance and quality improve for existent project
• To check the 2nd source data/test report and follow up the process of 2nd source implement
• To do power supply system and RMA issue analysis and improvement

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
