Job Summary:
We’re seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of paid media execution and marketing automation. You’ll be responsible for managing paid campaigns across platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, X (Twitter), and Reddit, while also owning and optimizing our HubSpot marketing automation workflows. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and imaginative, capable of crafting compelling content and driving measurable results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Content Syndication
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
  • Write concise, persuasive ad copy and longer-form content tailored to different audiences and channels.
  • Identify and manage content syndication opportunities to drive lead generation through strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment of messaging.
  • Support Account-Based Marketing initiatives by leveraging data and insights to personalize campaigns for high-value target accounts across paid and automated channels.

Marketing Automation & Campaign Optimization
  • Build and manage marketing dashboards to track performance across paid channels and automation workflows.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyze user behavior and campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize paid media campaigns using data-driven insights to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.
  • Configure and manage HubSpot workflows, reporting, and lead scoring to support marketing and sales alignment.

Lead Generation & Strategy
  • Identify new lead generation channels and build relationships with external publishers and platforms.
  • Manage lead management tools and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.
  • Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, data-backed manner.

Reporting & Insights
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards to visualize performance across paid channels and automation workflows.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and marketing automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; technical background preferred.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion optimization.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and understanding of technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to turn complex ideas into compelling content.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills: Ability to turn complex concepts into persuasive copy.
  • Analytic and extremely detail oriented
  • B2B Marketing Knowledge: Understand how to communicate with a professional audience
  • Self-Starter: Independent, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Salary Range
$80,000 - $95,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
