What are the responsibilities and job description for the Social Media Marketing Manager position at Super-Intelligent AI-SEO?
Part-Time Social Media Manager — Remote
Super-Intelligent AI-SEO is hiring a part-time social media manager to own posting across our client accounts.
We're a small agency handling search and AI visibility for local service businesses in the US — plumbing, roofing, driver education, medical practices. Social posting has been handled piecemeal and we're bringing in one person to run it properly.
The role
Own consistent posting across client accounts: Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Quora, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok where relevant. Not every platform for every client, but considerably more than the usual two.
Turn client material into content — job site photos, short video, customer reviews, the questions their customers actually ask. Some is repackaging what exists. Some means following up with clients to get what you need.
Build a posting calendar and hold to it. Consistency matters more than volume here.
Work from a scheduling platform so posts are created and queued in batches across accounts.
What we need
Demonstrable social media management experience across multiple client accounts.
Native-level written English. You'll be writing as American home-service businesses, and it has to read like one of their own people wrote it — including on Reddit and Quora, where anything that sounds off gets ignored or removed.
Follow-through without supervision. The work isn't complex. The difficulty is doing it every week, for every client, without reminders.
Working proficiency with Canva and AI writing tools. You don't need to be a designer, but you need to produce something that looks professional.
Willingness to chase clients for photos and video. That's a real part of this job.
Overlap with US business hours for occasional calls.
Terms
10–15 hours per week, remote, flexible scheduling. Contract position. Rate based on experience.
