About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Leadership Trainee to grow into a Field Supervisor / Manager.
This is a structured, performance-based pathway where you:
- Start by learning our systems and standards in the field
- Progress into training and coaching team members
- Take on quality control, inspections, and team accountability
- Grow into a leadership role while staying connected to the work
This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience in service-based industries (retail, hospitality, logistics, restaurants, property management, etc.) who is comfortable being hands-on.
What You’ll Actually Do
This role is a mix of:
- Cleaning (consistent throughout all phases)
- Training and onboarding new hires
- Performing field quality checks and inspections
- Coaching team members and reinforcing standards
- Supporting day-to-day field operations
As you grow, your time shifts more toward quality control, coaching, and leadership, but you will always remain connected to field work.
Growth Path
Phase 1 — Field Leadership Trainee (0–60 days)
Learn systems, standards, and workflow while cleaning alongside the team.
Phase 2 — Trainer / Team Lead (2–6 months)
Take on training responsibilities while continuing to clean. Help onboard new hires and reinforce quality standards.
Phase 3 — Field Supervisor (6–12 months)
Balance cleaning with leadership: quality checks, coaching, team support, and performance accountability.
Phase 4 — Field Manager (12–18 months)
Lead field execution: team performance, quality outcomes, and operational flow. This is still a working leadership role, not a desk job.
Advancement is structured and performance-based.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (any service industry preferred)
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work (cleaning is required)
- Strong accountability and reliability
- Confident communicator who can coach and give feedback
- Able to handle performance conversations professionally
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
